Product safety recalls may be required many years after the purchase transaction

After weighing these risks against the requirements of GDPR we have agreed upon a policy of retaining customer data for a period of 6 years plus the current year.

At the end of each year, personal customer data older than this will be over-written and anonymized

Prospect Data

Prospect data represents consent-based sign-ups to receive e-mail marketing

After considering the requirements of GDPR we have agreed upon a policy of retaining prospect data during the period that they continue to interact with our e-mail marketing

At the end of each month, personal prospect data for those who have not opened our marketing e-mails in the previous 6 months will be deleted
