1. – Can I collect my order?
They can can be collected from our store
For Health and Safety Reasons it is not possible for members of the public to come onto site to collect orders in person.
2. – What is the standard delivery time?
Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered and where you live. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to either stock levels or other unforeseen reasons, this can be delayed. We do show up-to-date stock information for each product on our website. Once you have placed an order you will be kept fully updated on the progress of your order and will be provided with a tracking link that will allow you to see the most up-to-date information about where your order is.
3. – Do you have an item in stock?
We do show up-to-date stock information for each product on our website. This information can be found under the add-to-basket button.
4. – Do you have a telephone number I can call you on?
We do have a phone number that you can contact us on (01282 345136) as well as a live chat feature and email address. If you would like to contact us by email please use Northwestplumbing@hotmail.co.uk We aim to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours.

7. – How do I return an item?

Please ensure the item is well packed as we are unable to provide refunds for products that are returned to us damaged.
For Health and Safety reasons it is not possible for members of the public to come onto site to return orders. This would need to be arranged via courier to ensure total safety for our customers and workers.
8. – Do you offer any coupons or vouchers?
We do occasionally have a promotion that involves a coupon or voucher. Click this link to our home page where you will find details of any current vouchers that are available. There is a specific field on our checkout to enter the details for any coupons or vouchers we offer.
9. – Where is my order?
We keep you fully updated via e-mail on the progress of your order. However, you can also track your order via our website.
10. – What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
If you have ordered the wrong item or an item that doesn’t fit you can return the item to us.

11. – Can you send me a brochure?
Because our range of products and prices is constantly being updated, it proved impractical to offer a printed brochure as it would be out of date as soon as it is printed. You can see our up-to-date product range on our website, each of our products has a photograph and description on the website.
12. – What paperwork do you include with the delivery?
We don’t include invoices with the delivery. Your invoice will be emailed to you.
13. – How do I cancel an order?
You will need to e-mail us at Northwestplumbing@hotmail.co.uk You will need to include the order number and your full name and address in the email. You will receive a cancellation number to confirm that your order has been cancelled. If you do not have a cancellation number then the order has not been cancelled.
14. – Where can I find dimensions for a product?
Where applicable we aim to show dimensions for all products we offer. If dimensions are available for a product they will be found under the ‘Technical’ tab on the specific product page.

16. – What payment options do you accept?
We accept a range of payment options including American Express, Visa, Visa debit, Mastercard, Mastercard debit, PayPal & Bank Transfer.
